Service Description

ISO/IEC 20000 training courses are developed based on the internationally recognized standard for a service management system, ISO/IEC 20000-1, other valuable ISO guidance standards (ISO/IEC 20000-2, ISO 31000, ISO 19011), and other good practices of the field. By attending one of our ISO/IEC 20000 training courses, you have the opportunity to develop your competence to help service providers and advance your career. - Includes exam support, courseware, exam voucher, and certification. Class is held weekly (starting on Monday): Total course time is 32 Hours - Schedule: - Day 1: 8 Hours (Starting at 8 AM EST) - Day 2: 8 Hours (Starting at 8 AM EST) - Day 3: 8 Hours (Starting at 8 AM EST) - Day 4: 8 Hours (Starting at 8 AM EST) Note: Day 5 is reserved for the exam. Minimum Number of Students: 4 *If there are less than 4 people scheduled for this course, it will not run and those students will be notified and re-booked for a different time. Maximum Number of Students: 25
